Shipping and Handling
Elizabeth Craft Designs primarily ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS. FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box, a physical address must be provided during online checkout.
Elizabeth Craft Designs ships every business day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship Monday or the next business day whenever possible. In the event of high business volume, Elizabeth Craft Designs may take up to 5 business days to complete and ship your order. Elizabeth Craft Designs is not responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier. Mail that has been intercepted in any way by the recipient (or responsible party) will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Elizabeth Craft Designs cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping costs within the United States, including APO/FPO, are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. for all orders under $200 (after all discounts are applied.)

DHL to Canada is a PRIORITY service and has special cost breaks based on weight:

Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note, we will not edit customs forms or altering the value of items. If you expect excessive import charges and taxes to be applied please contact your local distributor and place the order locally.
